Will we were dancing!!!!

 

You maybe think about how to be healthy; there are lots of ways to do that.
When you have an injureor an illness, your daily life has lots of changes;maybe, you cannot eat things you are used to, or maybe you cannot do the same things that you usually do.
To be healthy depends only on the way that we take care of ourselves; "Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."

 



Health could be not just physical; it could be also mental health. Healthy people are affected by lots of contributory factors; environment could determine people’s health.
Now we know the concept of health I’m going to talk about illness but, we are going to state what illness is.





 





Illness could be produced by internal factors and also it could be caused by external factors.
You could answer these questions using your personal experience:
What does illness stop me from doing?
What does illness force me to do?

When you are sick, when you have an injure or an illness, you feel terrible, but you know you have a cure, of course it depends on the situation.


Well, when I was in 4thyear of high school my best friend broke her knee, you maybe are going to say that is kind of boring, but let me tell you how it happened; we were practicing a choreography for our high school, it was amazing, all of us were synchronized, and the chorography was awesome, three days before the show we were at my place practicing and my friend said: “Ouch! My knee it’s hurting me”, we told her that it was ok and she went home, but before that we rubbed some voltaren on it, she felt better for the show.



 

The day of the show we did a really good performance, but at the end of the it, my friend couldn’t dance it was awful because her knee was bigger than his face, I couldn’t believe it, then our trainer told us: “it’s better to take her to the hospital”, there the doctor said,“you have broken your knee”, it was so  weird because it can be fine if you break your arm, leg or, knee playing soccer or basketball or maybe riding a bike, but she had broken her knee dancing, since that day she doesn’t do strong movements, she also doesn’t play any sport because she is afraid of breaking her knee again.

She spent a lot of days with her knee broken, and as it was February, it was our Valentine’s party. She really wanted to go to it and she didn’t matter if her knee was hurting, her mom didn’t want her to go, and told her that it was better to stay at home when you are like that, but she didn’t care about it and she went to the party with her blue dress and converse, it was so funny.
